At Dyfi Fire we are experts in listening to our customers and making their dreams a reality. A wealth of industry experience, no matter how big or small your job is, we give it everything.

From there we will produce an outline of costs, which when agreed is firmed up to a fixed price quote. Occasionally, where there might be an element of mystery in a job, we will include a small contingency costing, this however is quite unusual.
We know our business well and can therefore be perfectly clear and upfront with our prices.
We always ask for the cost of the stove and half the installation cost as a deposit to secure the deal, with balance payable on commissioning.
Although we can be very busy during the Christmas rush, we generally have installations slots available at 2 or 3 weeks notice, about the same time it takes for your new stove to be delivered!
We love working locally as it saves time, money and the environment, but are often asked to work further afield. Our stock answer is that we struggle to compete with local installers closer to you if we have to travel much more than an hour away. That said, if your job is particularly interesting, or if you really insist (particularly during the quieter summer months) we have installed as far afield as Gloucestershire, Oxford and even Southern Spain!
Stove upgrades Make the most of recent combustion technology advances and vastly improved efficiency. A new stove to replace the old one will save you fuel, the glass will stay clearer and will burn much more cleanly, which is better for everyone!

New stove, existing fireplace – Our most common installation job. Opening up an existing coal fire, lining the flue with a twinwall stainless steel liner. You might need a new hearth or simply an upgrade to the existing one. Lovely new stove. Perfect! Many customers are surprised at how quickly and efficiently we can do this type of work, and consequently how sensible our prices are!
New stove, no existing flue – No flue, no problem! We can advise on the best system to suit your building. From an artists studio at the end of the garden, to a luxury Victorian orangery, anything is possible! As HETAS qualified installers we have a wealth of experience to ensure your new installation is super efficient, absolutely safe and exactly what you imagined in your dreams.
Central heating log or pellet boiler – More complex yes, but thanks to our experienced design and installation team, you can be sure that you will be warm and cosy for many years to come. With the advent of the Renewable Heat Incentive where you can be paid to heat with logs or pellets many people are turning their backs on gas and oil, we can help you break the habit!
