From our initial contact we were impressed; our call was returned promptly and appointments made were always met at the correct time. On our first meeting we received excellent advice on the size of stove we required and a survey of the property was completed efficiently to assess the practical nature of the installation. The nature of the installation was explained clearly, as was the time scale. The estimate was delivered promptly with the potential date of installation confirmed.
The installation passed without incident. on the agreed day. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, even the slate base of the hearth was polished to remove the marks left by the previous stove. All dust and debris were cleared away and the fire lit to ensure its effective operation.
We have been delighted by the MORSO stove we chose and have had no regrets on choosing this installer. The owner, Finn, is friendly, efficient and a pleasure to have in our property. He has returned to deliver some accessories we ordered and to complete a service and has always maintained the same high standard of service.
